Shipment

Shipments usually complete within 3-5 business days. However, due to customs, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Therefore, we suggest placing orders up to two weeks in advance to avoid postponing your treatment cycle.
Your order will be shipped in European packing.

• Shipping Fee

  A 7.5% or $75 minimum shipping fee will be calculated from the total not to exceed $175.

• Returns

  All Sales Are Final
  Please be informed that for consumer protection, all medication is non-returnable and non-refundable. This ensures that your medication has been maintained properly and has not been tampered with. Fast IVF will not accept any medication for returns or refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. We do not take responsibility for unused medication for any reason. Federal Law Prohibits Return of Prescription Medication for Resale.

  Refund to 'guarantee your delivery or your money back' only applies to deliveries made within the US.
  Customers providing an International (Non-US) address to have orders delivered to that destination are completely responsible in the communication and retrieval between you and the courier. Given the option, you are taking the risk on your shipment due to the non-formality countries have through Customs. Fast IVF is not responsible for the risk of loss or damage after the shipment has left our facility. Product/Money return or refunds will not be applicable to International (Non-US) based deliveries.

• Syringes

  Due to worldwide customs prohibitions we are unable to supply loose syringes and needles. In some cases they are sealed in the package as an integral part of the item. You can obtain extra syringes from your physician or local pharmacy.

By purchasing from FAST IVF, I acknowledge that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue or recover damages in case of self injuries caused by improperly handling of any purchased products from Fast IVF. • Phone Orders

• Fax Orders

  All fax orders are converted into electronic messages and sent to our processing department. There is an associated risk when using any form of electronic medium. Fast IVF claims no liability in the case of 3rd party fraudulence or misconduct.

• Cancellations

  Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of the payment clearance.

Prescriptions

To fill your order, we require a copy of a prescription from a licensed physician who is providing treatment to you. We protect all of your information against unauthorized access or release. A copy of your prescription will always be included with your shipment.

  International Medicines Agencies including the European Medicines Agency and the FDA in the United States requires the expiration dates and the lot numbers printed on the outer packages and each ampoule. Inline with these directives and regulations the expiration dates on the medicines range from 1-4 years from the time of shipment.

• Brand Names

  Pharmaceutical companies often produce medicines in the same facility for the worldwide market but use different brand names for different geographical markets.

  FDA in United States and the European Medicines Agency have established strict licensing requirements for the manufacturing of medicines and all products have the same active ingredients and have the same quality standards and are marketed under different names depending on the geographic region.
